I had my eyes closed half of the time and managed to dab 1,000 words this morning. I was closing my eyes while typing. Weird. Could it be sleep typing?

Hm, yes like the writers of old and their opium fueled musings, was it any good, what you wrote? Could prove to be a highly effective way of letting your mind talk directly to the keyboard

maybe this is common to all writers - as someone I know in person, who like you, had a small time publisher for their sci-fi novel and is now moving on from that, was talking about writing better in the odd hours and when tierd.
