Do you know any natural herbs that can help me with my sinus? This change of weather is affecting my nose.

Hi there I'm fine thanks that is if you did ask I'm sure i read an E-mail from you but i cant find it so not sure if it was a dream.Im a bit sleep deprived at the moment.
Milk and milk products often lie behind blocked noses or sinus problems so avoid them for about 3 weeks if possible.
peppermint and sage teas are helpful.
massage between your toes this is the reflex point for sinuses.
good luck Lynne x

Try herbal lillium or raw onion. Elderflower cordial can also be effective.
