thats darn true I cant believe we are already half way through march! thats two and a half months that seem to have just flew by. it might be a lot of work but its sooo gonna be worth it at the end of the day :)

i'm sure it's more complicated than news coverage would have us believe.
anyway, knowing the lifestyles of many writers, i can see that health care plans would be very expensive!

you know what its like they will drag it on for a while in the hope they will back down and then they will give up and give the writers what they want its always the same a battle of wits

remember? i didnt forget about the WGA strike at all.. they all had a go at ellen for still doing her show and now other talk show hosts have followed suit... i hope it gets cleared up soon, im totally on the writers side

You are not having headaches - you, like a lot of people, are mildly addicted to caffeine, so a cup of coffee satisfies the craving.

If you give up coffee, tea and other caffeine drinks, such as colas for a few weeks, you will then know when your headaches are genuine and when they are caffeine related.

Hi there I'm fine thanks that is if you did ask I'm sure i read an E-mail from you but i cant find it so not sure if it was a dream.Im a bit sleep deprived at the moment.

Milk and milk products often lie behind blocked noses or sinus problems so avoid them for about 3 weeks if possible.
peppermint and sage teas are helpful.

massage between your toes this is the reflex point for sinuses.
